Angelina Jolie is een beest. In de tekenfilm 'Kung fu panda' leent de 31-jarige superster haar stem aan een tijgerin. Dat meldt het Amerikaanse filmvakblad Variety.
 De nieuwe comedy uit de DreamWorks-studio gaat over een gezette Panda (Jack Black), die de redder der dieren blijkt te zijn. Jolie is als tijger een meester in de vechtsporten die hem in vorm moeten brengen.
In 2004 waren Black en Jolie al samen te horen in de tekenfilm 'Shark tale'. 'Kung fu panda', die in 2008 in de bioscopen komt, is Jolies eerste film sinds de geboorte van haar dochter Shiloh in mei. In de film zijn verder de stemmen te horen van Dustin Hoffman, Jackie Chan, Ian McShane en Lucy Liu.
